I am a licensed psychologist and received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from New Mexico State University. I received my Master of Science degree in Psychology-Clinical Emphasis from Eastern Washington University, and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University.
I received my BA in Psychology from Western WA University, and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. I previously worked with youth and adults at Catholic Community Services, as a Co-occurring Substance Use Disorder Professional, and prior to that as a Substance Use Disorder Professional.
I received my MA in Psychology-Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and have a BA in Liberal Arts from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. I previously worked as a BH Consultant at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic.

Dr. Subong is a board certified ophthalmologist with expertise in disorders of the retina, macula, and vitreous. Hailing from Baltimore, MD, he received both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Maryland.
Outside of professional pursuits, he enjoys spending time with his wife Mounia and their two sons, Ryan and Jed, while still making time for golf, soccer and photography.
