The choice of doctors on the MyChart pull-down lists is determined by past or future appointments. Any Novant Medical Group physician who is using MyChart and allows scheduling access will appear on your list if you have had an appointment in the last two years or if you have a future appointment scheduled with that physician.
The Patient Portal is an electronic communication tool for patients to communicate DIRECTLY with their physician’s office regarding NON-URGENT medical issues. The portal is secure and confidential and is an ideal way to get information to your physician or to ask simple questions.
To view test results, go to Health > Test Results. Select a test to see more information about it, such as the standard range for the result and any additional comments your provider may have entered about the result. Your test results are released to your MyChart account after your physician has reviewed them.

To access eCheck-in from the MyChart website, click the Visits tab and then select Appointments and Visits. Once on the Appointments and Visits page, click eCheck-in.
