How do I get a copy of my imaging?

We migrated to a new platform on February 13, 2017 to improve patient accessibility. For a copy of your imaging, please contact our medical records department online by clicking here or call (813) 875-7424.

Can I access the patient portal on my mobile device?

It is not available on mobile devices at this time. You may also contact your Summit Health provider's office to request an email invitation to the patient portal. A member of our staff will contact you to confirm appointments after requesting.
