The WSP Patient Portal enables patients to complete paperwork before an appointment, such as registration forms, health questionnaires, treatment consents and medical information releases. It also will allow them to view their health records, update insurance and personal information, view health and wellness information, make secure credit card payments and more. The Patient Portal may be accessed through the WSP website, wrightstatephysicians.org.
