Head Start Birth to Five

Head Start is a comprehensive program designed for low-income families and their children. Head Start provides disability, mental health, health, nutrition, education, and family and community services to children and their families.

Our Federally Qualified Health Centers provide affordable and accessible medical, dental, behavioral, and pharmaceutical health care services to both uninsured and insured local residents.

Housing & Utilities

We assist families meet their immediate utility needs while providing longer term energy conservation education and assistance through our utility assistance and weatherization programs. CACOST also provides assistance to meet the housing and utility needs of veterans and their families.
