ECI provides services to children, birth to three, with developmental delays. ECI supports families to help their children reach their potential through developmental services and other supportive services in their natural environment.

Housing & Utilities

We assist families meet their immediate utility needs while providing longer term energy conservation education and assistance through our utility assistance and weatherization programs. CACOST also provides assistance to meet the housing and utility needs of veterans and their families.
