Patient Portal. The Patient Portal gives our patients in Alaska, Hawai'i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, and western Washington fast, easy, and secure online access to their private health information. The Portal allows you to: Access your own medical records and lab results. Message with a provider about non-urgent health questions. Please request access to your Patient Portal account at your next appointment. If you still do not see your results after two weeks, login to the Patient Portal and send us a message.
