Our Patient Portal is a secure, easy, and reliable way to communicate with your healthcare provider online. Our goal is to provide you with high quality health care and to help you to stay healthy.

How do I get my results from the patient portal?

Patient Portal. The Patient Portal gives our patients in Alaska, Hawai'i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, and western Washington fast, easy, and secure online access to their private health information. Using the Patient Portal, you can: Check lab results View your medical history; Send Planned Parenthood staff a secure email; Schedule appointments

Where can I get help with pregnancy questions online?

The Portal allows you to: Access your own medical records and lab results. Message with a provider about non-urgent health questions. Please request access to your Patient Portal account at your next appointment. If you still do not see your results after two weeks, login to the Patient Portal and send us a message.

Step 1: Register

Fill in your name, contact information, optional insurance information, and create a username and password.

Step 2: Login

Login with your username and password. You can access the portal from your phone or desktop computer.

Getting Started

You will receive an email from the Health Center with instructions on how to access your patient portal and an enrollment code, called a token. Be sure to allow-list noreply@ppwp.org in your email client to ensure you receive this email.

Requesting Access to Medical Records and Lab Results

Once you have set up your account and logged into you patient portal, follow these instructions below to request that our automated system send your record to you Patient Portal. In some cases, this process may take up to 24 hours.
