How do I contact Northshore connect support?

Call our support line at 847.425.3900. Please know that NorthShore will never call and charge you money to help you sign-up for NorthShoreConnect; and we will never ask for remote access to your computer. If you receive such a call, please hang up because this is a scam.

How do I receive notifications of appointments in Northshore?

Visit NorthShore Connect and login to your account. Access Email and Text Notifications under the Preferences menu. Click to expand the Appointments notifications category. Next to the Scheduling Ticket option, ensure that Email and/or Text is enabled. An enabled notification will appear as a blue icon.

Does my proxy access automatically transfer to Northshore connect?

When you create a NorthShore Connect account for the first time, any proxy access you had on the previous portal does not automatically transfer to your NorthShore Connect account. To request new proxy access please visit the proxy access page in NorthShoreConnect.
