What is the number to call for an appointment at St John's?

If your security answer is not working, you have forgotten your answer, or cannot locate your MRN number, contact the PulseLine at 918-744-0123. If you encounter issues with the Ascension St. John Appointment Check in and Bill Pay portal, please call your local Provider’s office for assistance.

Can I give someone access to my St John's patient portal?

Rest assured your information will always be kept confidential between you and your Provider. However, you can choose to give another person access to your Ascension St. John Patient Portal account. They will be called your proxy.

How to upload a form to a website?

To upload your complete forms: Click on the “Upload” tab. Review the Instructions provided. To the bottom of the page, select the type of document you will be uploading, e.g., Immunization History. Click “Select File” to browse your computer for the document. Upload.

Do you have to log out of the patient portal?

As with any other personal identifying information on the Internet, always log out of the Online Patient Portal and close your internet browser when you are done using the portal to ensure your medical information remains confidential.

When can a parent access a child's medical record?

Per State and Federal guidelines, after the child reaches age 12, parents/guardians will need an additional authorization signed by the child to have access to the child’s medical record information. Once a child turns 18, a parent can only access the child’s medical record information with the child’s authorization.
