What is the Sanders Court patient portal?

Sanders Court Pediatrics is pleased to offer our patients 24/7 access to their health information through our Patient Portal. This allows you to access your child’s medical records, lab results and immunization history.

Do all providers currently use the patient portal?

NOT ALL PROVIDERS currently use the patient portal. Please ask your provider if they use and and how you can best communicate with them You can find more information about the patient portal at FAQ page. ONLINE BILL PAY AND STATEMENTS HAS MOVED.

What do I do if I can't access my Patient Portal?

If you are having difficulty accessing your Patient Portal, please call the office for assistance. We can't wait to meet you. At Sanders Court Pediatrics we have a dedicated team of nine providers, consisting of 8 board certified pediatricians and 1 certified pediatric nurse practitioner.

What is the patient portal and how do I enroll?

The Patient Portal gives us the opportunity to provide you with important practice updates and useful information via secure messaging. By providing your email address, our office staff will enroll you in our Patient Portal. You will receive an email after you are enrolled welcoming you to the portal with a username and temporary password.

What is the patient portal number?

Patient Portal FAQS. If you have any problems or questions, please call the Patient Portal Help Desk at 801-773-4840, ext. 7500, during clinic hours. I cannot see any results on my Patient Portal account.

What is a personal health record?

While the “personal health record” is a summary of your health history (including allergies, prescriptions or chronic illnesses, for instance), your medical record includes all doctors’ notes about each visit to Tanner Clinic. Release of your more detailed medical records is a function of Tanner Clinic, not Patient Portal.
