How do I access the RRH patient portal?

Your RRH. At your next hospital or clinic visit, we will ask you to provide information including your email address for registration. You will then receive an email with a personalized link to the Patient Portal. Take your health information with you on-the-go. Log in with your username and password to access your information.

Where can I find help and support with the patient portal?

More common fixes and troubleshooting solutions can be found in the FollowMyHealth Support site. For help and support with the Patient Portal from the RRH Helpdesk, please select “Portal Help” on the contact us form.

If you're new to MyCare and have not received an enrollment letter from us, you can request an activation code here. You will be prompted to answer a series of questions to help us verify your identity. If you are under 18 you must contact your Primary Care Physician to activate your account.
