A patient portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. We have co-management care with different medical facilities to help provide the best care available to our patients.
With Cornerstone’s FollowMyHealth, you can: Update your health information (allergies, medications, conditions, etc.) …and more! New to our patient portal? What is FollowMyHealth® Universal Health Record?
Our myWakeHealth patient portal is a free, simple and secure way to help you better access the information you need to manage your care. You can: The myWakeHealth portal is safe from unauthorized access. It's password-protected and encrypted. Want Access on the Go?
Yes, in certain instances. To protect the privacy of a patient's health information, access to another person's record must be authorized through what is called proxy access. Parents/legal guardians who have received proxy access authorization have full access to records of children under age 12 and limited proxy access for ages 12 to 17. Find more information about this and proxy forms .
Yes, to message your doctors and view all future records from any appointments scheduled after September 1, 2018, you will need a myWakeHealth account. With myWakeHealth, you will have the same great features as your previous portal, but now you also will be able to schedule your own primary care appointments and eVisits and view your doctor's notes from outpatient clinic visits.
You can join now! Use your enrollment email or sign up online. If you already have a myWakeHealth account, you do not need to re-enroll.
Yes, but the ability to message will not be active immediately when you join myWakeHealth even though you have an existing relationship with a former High Point Regional Health or UNC Regional Physician provider. When you first join, the portal considers you a new Wake Forest Baptist Health patient, so messaging will activate with each doctor two days before the first appointment you have scheduled with that doctor after September 1, 2018. After that, you can message your doctor as usual for up to a year after your visit.
This feature must be viewed on a computer. It is currently not available on the MyChart mobile platform. To view notes, go to your After Visit Summaries and click on the Notes tab. Doctor's notes typically appear within a week of your appointment.
Proxy access is available for parents/guardians of minor patients. Please ask a member of your child's health care team for assistance.
Yes. Once you create a myWakeHealth account, you can pay bills online through the portal for any appointments you have after September 1, 2018. Simply click Billing>Billing Account Summary.

With the Wellness Center as your Medical Home, you will join a team that includes your primary health care provider and other health care professionals, your trusted friends or family members if you wish, and most importantly YOU.
Prescriptions: If you receive prescriptions via the Wellness Center pharmacy, please call in refills during office hours. If you have prescriptions with an outside pharmacy, please call the pharmacy and they will contact your provider for a refill.
Team-Based Care: You will have a Primary Care Physician, however, you will be joining a team of other primary care providers, such as Nurse Practitioners, nurses, counselors, pharmacist, and support staff. This team will work with you to provide all of your healthcare needs.
You can reach us by calling 336-750-3301 or visiting our location at 601 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Suite 244 Winston-Salem, NC 27110.
Tests and results: We recognize that diagnostic testing is expensive and we try as much as possible to provide low cost in-house testing for a variety of tests. Even so, we sometimes must use an outside lab to process lab specimens. This may incur a bill and if so, you will receive a bill from the lab, not WSSU.
