The Wright State Physicians Patient Portal empowers you to manage your health anywhere, anytime. Schedule and view appointments. View your billing statements and balance. Make payments. Request prescriptions & refills. Retrieve test results. View personal health information. Update demographic information.
The WSP Patient Portal enables patients to complete paperwork before an appointment, such as registration forms, health questionnaires, treatment consents and medical information releases.
Wright State Physicians offices accept most insurance plans. If you will be using health insurance to settle your account, you will be asked to present your current insurance card at each visit. If your insurance has out-of-pocket expenses (copays and deductibles), we will collect that amount at each visit.
During your visit, let the clinical team know you would like to sign up and they will help you complete the Patient Portal registration process. If you prefer, you can also ask for an activation code during your visit so you can set up your Patient Portal account at home by clicking the above link to begin the activation process.
Our Online Patient Portal facilitates better communication with our practice by providing established patients convenient and secure access 24 x 7.
Sign up for access to request appointments, request prescription refills, update personal and insurance information, and pay your bill. If you have not already been given a username and password for portal access, please contact our office by phone.
Having difficulty logging in? Have a comment or question? Call us to let us know. (630) 687-9595
If you have questions about how to use our new patient portal, please contact us. We can walk you through the process and show you how the portal saves you valuable time.
The information that you share through our new patient portal is secure. It is only used for the purposes intended, such as making a payment or scheduling an appointment.

The physicians and staff of Wright State Physicians (WSP) are pleased to welcome you to our facility. We hope that your visit will be a pleasant experience. WSP firmly believes that a good physician/patient relationship is based upon mutual understanding and open communication.
To help ensure a smooth check-in and billing process, we encourage you take these steps before your visit:
Depending on the reason for your doctor’s visit, this checklist can help you prepare.
To make the most of your appointment, be sure to ask your doctor any questions or express any concerns you have.
To request your medical records please print off form, (button below) fill it out and sign. Bring it with you to the HIM department or fax 402-362-0452. Please be sure to include yourself and anyone else you give permission to pick up your medical records.
York General believes that every patient should have easy, instant access to his or her health information at any time. We are pleased to present this opportunity through the use of a secure internet portal.
In that case simply call the HIM office directly and state your information at phone 402-362-0433
Have someone in your life who helps manage your healthcare? York General needs patient consent for others to have access to their medical records. For example, if a daughter wants to look at her adult parent’s information, York General would need written consent from that adult parent.
All York Hospital practice portal patients will receive an email requesting that they UPDATE THEIR PASSWORD (their username will remain the same), from no-reply@eclinical.com. Following this change, the caregivers in our provider practices will be better able to assist our patients with their access to the practice patient portal. As of September 28, if any patients require assistance with a password reset, or encounter other unexpected issues, they will be advised to reach out to their provider’s office or contact 207-361-6902 with any questions.
