Your original medical record is property of Aultman, but you can access your health information by either requesting copies or accessing information from Aultman’s Patient Portal. During your hospitalization, there are processes in place to allow you to review your medical record.
Our patient portals are secure, personal websites that allow you to view and manage your health care information, medical records and results. Please note: Certain records and test results may be available on the portal before your physician can review them.

You can even download your Lucy summary, a comprehensive collection of your records, to provide to other providers or third parties as needed.
