How do I access the patient portal at Hermann Hospital?

If you have visited as a patient recently, but did not receive an invitation in your email to the Patient Portal, please contact our front desk registration at Hermann Hospital at (573) 486 – 2191. What's new at Hermann area District Hospital?

Our new EMR is through Cerner, a highly recognized and recommended EMR system. With our new EMR, we are now able to offer My Patient Portal to our patients, which allows patients access to their medical information within the Hermann Area District Hospital system.

What is proxy access?

Proxy access is an available option for adult patients (18 years and older) and minor patients (newborn – 13 years of age). Proxy access can be granted by the patient or their legal representative by completing the appropriate Minor or Adult proxy form for review and return to: Hendrick Medical Center:

Can you send a message to a patient?

Yes, if you are an established patient of a provider you may select that provider and send a message. Often times, these messages are reviewed by a staff member in that providers office. Each message will be handled according to the processes setup by that office and do not always get reviewed by the provider.

Does Hendrick's lab show up on patient portal?

Yes. Lab results will show up in your patient portal with a connection to Hendrick Medical Center for lab work done at one of our testing facilities.
