Access your account online Once you’ve created an account, visit tidelandshealth. org and look for “View patient portal” on the homepage (see photo). Tidelands Health partners with MRO to process medical records requests. For help with a request, please contact MRO at 610-994-7500, option 1, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-8 p.m. EST and Friday, 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. EST.
Who must provide proof of identification?
All requesters must provide proof of identification or documented proof of legal relationship – personal representative, patient advocate, executor, trustee or guardian. Those with a legal relationship with the patient as listed will need to provide proof of identification.
