Can you come alone to an appointment?

Patients must come alone to their appointment unless assistance to/from the appointment is needed. Only ONE person can accompany the patient, if, needed, and that person must also wear a mask. Patients should take their temperature before leaving home and if 100 degrees or greater must cancel and reschedule.
