What is the history of health information exchange?

Oct 12, 2021 · Clinical Portal. Idaho Health Data Exchange provides participating entities and providers with the ability to securely look up and retrieve patient medical record information. IHDE currently has four models of connecting participants.

Why is health information exchange important?

Let the front desk team know you’re interested in signing up. Once you provide your email address, we’ll email you a sign-up link. (The email will be from no-reply@healthdataexchange.com, so check your ‘Junk” folder if you don’t see it in your Inbox.) Once you create an account, you can log in to view documents or messages we have sent.
