WHO QUALIFIES?

Faith Family Medical Center (FFMC) provides care to those who are working at least 20 hours per week or a full-time student (12 hours of course-work)and uninsured.

NO NARCOTICS POLICY

FFMC is committed to providing high quality medical care to our patients. We will continue to evaluate and treat pain experienced by our patients. We will offer conservative narcotic-free treatment of chronic pain which is associated with some medical conditions.

Treatment of Acute Illnesses

We treat illness, rashes, blood pressure issues, blood sugar issues, fatigue, etc. Our goal is to make you feel better in the shortest amount of time possible.

Minor Wound Repair

We can place stitches within twenty four hours of injury. We also remove stitches and take care of basic wound care.

Treatment of Chronic Illness

Our caring staff assists with the Treatment of Chronic Illness which includes the medical management of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, arthritis, thyroid, etc.

Routine Physicals

Ages adult through child physicals are available. Complete physical exams are available for work, sports, and women’s physicals, along with urine drug screens

Sports Physicals

We can take care of sports physicals for all ages of athletes to get you in your game.

Gynecological Exams

Pregnancy testing, pap smears, and gynecological exams are available through our office.
