Anderson Regional Medical Center uses an electronic health record system called Meditech to manage health care information during each patient visit. Our Online Patient Portal is linked to this system and is a convenient and secure health management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the internet.

Requesting Medical Records

Patients or Personal Representatives (POA, Parents & Guardians) - Requests for Anderson Hospital medical records should be submitted in writing along with a copy of a photo ID, when possible. The form below can be used to ensure our release of information team has all the proper information in order to process your request.
