What is the patient portal?

This patient portal no longer supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 browser. Use a supported browser. This portal is built on advanced modern technologies and does not support old browsers. It is strongly recommended that you use a supported browser to minimize potential security risks and ensure that you have the best possible portal experience.

How do I contact my shore portal?

Shore Clinical Portal To obtain access to your patients' medical records through the Shore Clinical Portal, please email to remoteaccess@shoremedicalcenter.org . From there a representative will work with you on the provisioning and training process. Our goal is to respond to your email within three business days.

How to speak to a patient advocate at Shore?

If you have questions or concerns about your care, talk with your physician or charge nurse. To speak to a Patient Advocate about your care, call 609-653-3882. For information on or to speak to a patient who has been admitted to Shore, call 609-653-3411.

Is hospitalization a difficult time?

We understand that a hospitalization can be a difficult time for your and your family . Be assured that we are here to address your medical and emotional needs and to work with your physician toward your recovery. If you have questions or concerns about your care, talk with your physician or charge nurse.

Test Results

Your test results will be made available to you through the patient portal soon after they are finalized, and likely before your provider has had a chance to review them. It can be difficult to understand the meaning of test results without the input of your provider.

New Feature: Patients Can Send Attachments To Secure Messages Sent Through The Portal From Their Desktop Computer and Mobile Phone

This will allow patients to attach photos of issues such as rashes, bruises, abrasions, and more. Click here for instructions.

You Can Now Check in for Shore Physicians Group Primary & Specialty Care through the portal

Two days prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive an email notification that it is time to check in for your appointment. We encourage you to stop at the front desk and update your communication preferences to ensure you are able to check in online.
