What is athenahealth and how do I use it?

Why am I not configured for access to athenahealth?

We’re using athenahealth to help you access, manage, and protect your online health information using a single email and password. You can use this email and password anywhere you see the "Log in with athenahealth" button, including patient portals and other apps you use to manage your health records from various healthcare providers.

Where can I get help with the patient portal?

Once registered and logged in, you will be able to exchange messages with our practices, review and pay billing statements, request appointments, research health topics, review personal health information, complete and update medical forms, and update your profile and contact information. Can I use the same email and password for athenahealth login?

If you need help accessing My Health Record or have questions about obtaining copies of your health records, please call 509.546.2205. Follow My Health® Patient Portal. Lourdes Follow My Health® Users: Please visit Follow My Health® to access your medical history for Lourdes Hospital stays prior to February 12, 2019.

How to Get Started

You can sign up when you register for a procedure at Holy Redeemer Hospital, during a hospital stay, or when you visit your physician’s office. Once we verify your identity, you will receive instructions on how to access the portal.

Hospital Portal

Use the Hospital Portal for online access to test results and Transition of Care documentation from your hospital stay. A transition of care document provides an overview of medical decisions during the service period. Access the Hospital Porta l.

Use the My Health Story Patient Portal for secure and confidential access to valuable information and services for Redeemer Health outpatient practices.

Lourdes Clinic Portal

Access your healthcare information for your visit to any of Lourdes Clinics. Anytime. Anywhere.

Lourdes Hospital Portal

Online service to access your personal health records when admitted to Lourdes Hospital.

What is the patient portal?

The patient portal is designed for routine health management. It should not be used for emergency related questions. If you have an emergency or other urgent matter, call 911 or proceed immediately to the Trinity Emergency/Trauma Center.

Is Patient Portal password protected?

The Patient Portal is password protected, and all messages are encrypted to ensure security. No one will be able to view your health information except you or someone you have authorized, and your care team.
