Which hospitals and emergency room will be covered by Urology Partners?

Your physician may have changes in hospital coverage after April 5th. Please contact the main number and speak to the Physician on call with any urological emergencies. The physician on call will help direct you to the appropriate emergency facility.

Can I switch to a new doctor?

It’s always your choice to select your medical provider! For continuity of care, we recommend you schedule your appointment with your current Urology Partner physician who will be happy to provide you with a consult to determine the best Urological Specialist for your needs.

Will I be able to get my testosterone injections?

Yes, please call for an appointment. You must see a Urology Partner Provider at some point before starting or continuing your injections if transferring your care.

What Imaging Center should I use for X-rays and imaging?
