UK HealthCare EpicCare Link is a secure web portal that connects you to information stored in UK HealthCare’s EHR for your referred and admitted patients. Requesting access is easy, and there’s no software or hardware to maintain.

How to get printed copies of your records. Your doctor may request your records. The doctor's office can call 859-323-5117 to request your medical records. We will fax the requested records directly to the doctor the day before or the day of the appointment.
The patient portal is also available through a mobile app called PortalConnect. This increases convenience for patients as they can have secure access to all this important information from wherever they are.

Step 1: In the FollowMyHealth® platform, select “My Account” in the top right-hand corner. Then select “My Connections” from the drop-down list. Step 2: On this screen, click the button on the right that says, “Add Organization” and give the appropriate information.
FollowMyHealth makes it easy to do just that. Log in via your desktop or download our mobile app in the App Store or Google Play Store. You can also create an account when your doctor texts you a link to your care summary.

Your health records are confidential. The NHS shouldn't show your health records to anyone without your consent. Unless they share information with other NHS or social care staff members who are involved in your care.
Anyone know how I can find out where I'm currently registered? Your parents should have an "NHS Medical Card". It will have your NHS number on it and should have the name of your last registered doctor. I suppose after you find this, call the NHS and ask them where you're registered.

EpicCare Link is the preferred method for submitting referrals to UK HealthCare. Alternatively, you can call UKMDs at 800-888-5533 and indicate that you would like to place a referral to a specific specialty. UKMDs will then connect you with the appropriate area for processing your referral.
