What age do you have to be to get a UAMS?

All patients ages 12 and up are eligible. A parent or guardian must come to the vaccine appointment with patients younger than 18. Coronavirus/COVID-19 Advisory. Masks must be worn at UAMS at all times. You may bring one person with you to your appointment. Health Screenings are required for patients and visitors.

Can you quarantine at UAMS?

Visitors required or recommended to quarantine by the Arkansas Department of Health due to illness, potential exposure , travel or other reason are not allowed at UAMS until cleared by the health department. Request access to your child's medical records. Click here to complete the request form.

How to contact Patient Portal?

Follow the link, log on to the Patient Portal account and you will receive your confidential (private) message. If you need help logging onto the system or have problems with your PIN, please call our main number at 870-779-6000, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

What is a PIN letter?

This letter will include your unique and secure Personal Identification Number (PIN) and will guide you through your new account registration process. Your PIN will only be used one time during the Identification Verification process of creating your new account. When creating your new Portal account, please make note of your Username and Password. You will need these logon credentials to access our Patient Portal services after registration.

About Kids First in Magnolia

Our clinic in Magnolia serves nearly 60 children from birth through age five in Colombia County and surrounding counties with special needs. We employ around 30 staff and contractors from local communities. Our building has six treatment rooms, a large indoor playroom, nurses’ station, kitchen and administrative offices for our staff.

The History of Our Clinic

While looking at Arkansas geographic and statistical information, UAMS Kids First administration realized that in Magnolia, there were no clinic-based Services available for children from birth to 3 years old. Considering the area’s services, there was certainly a need that UAMS Kids First could fill.

Evaluation for enrollment at Kids First requires a referral from the child’s primary care physician.
