If you feel there is incorrect information in your medical record, you can call the TMH Privacy Officer at 850-431-5339. Another option is to download and complete the Request for Amendment/Correction of Health Information Form to request a change in your health information.

How long does it take for a lab to show up on a portal?

It can take up to 72 hours for lab results to show in your portal account. Other information should show the same day. You will not be able to see radiology results, such as x-rays and MRIs. For a complete copy of your medical record please contact your physician’s office and ask for medical records.

Only your medical team members who use the HIE will be able to see your health information with your permission.
