Who is Lisa Thomas?

Dr. Lisa Thomas is a board-certified physician with over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field. She is a graduate of Stanford University and obtained her medical degree from the University of Florida. In addition to her medical degree, she holds a Master’s Degree in Health Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte so she in uniquely qualified to assist with nutritional and exercise prescriptions. Dr. Thomas has been working with individuals and families in the Lake Norman area for over 2 decades to help them achieve their weight loss, fitness, and wellness goals. Dr. Thomas resides at Lake Norman with her husband and two children, and in her free time enjoys Orangetheory Fitness, Carolina Panthers, travel, and Davidson soccer games.
