How do I access the myvhc patient portal?

Our medical offices are open. We are able to see you in person or by video*. To schedule a visit, please use MyChart or call 833-TBHC-NOW (833-824-2669). *Smart phone or computer with camera required for video visits. Communicate with your doctor. How do I sign up for the patient portal?

Address information is required. In order to maintain your privacy, we respectfully request MyChart signup be done at our central scheduling line at 833-824-2669, Monday through Friday 8am-6pm. Thank you - your request has been sent to the clinic. You will receive an activation code in your mail or email within a week.
