She trained in psychology at the University of Florida and achieved her Masters and Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida and has practiced behavioral health in outpatient, school, and in-home crisis counseling settings. Arielle has experience in counseling individuals, groups, and couples , and worked extensively with adolescents , children and families . She works from the vantage point that therapy should be tailored to meet people’s individualized needs given that each individual is unique, even when they present similar concerns.#N#Arielle likes to incorporate cognitive techniques into therapy as needed such as challenging negative thought patterns and helping with coping skills/problem solving. She believes that working through difficult emotions and conflicts as they arise in the present, and developing a trusting, positive therapeutic relationship is what is most transformative and healing. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from diverse backgrounds across various settings, including community mental health, schools and outpatient clinics. Her experience includes treating individuals with depression , anxiety, trauma, life transitions, adolescent issues, and peer and family conflicts .#N#Jaimee’s therapeutic approaches include Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care and Mindfulness. With Jaimee, treatment is individualized within these frameworks as she recognizes that each person’s needs, strengths and challenges are unique. Her deepest beliefs about therapy are that empowerment, change, growth and fulfillment come from insight and internal change within a safe and trusting relationship. Amy is a licensed professional counselor who received her degree in counseling from Arcadia University. This is a second career for Amy, who previously worked in the music field. After starting a family, Amy became involved in postpartum support groups and subsequently decided to become a mental health professional.
Robin Cooper, M.Ed., MSW, LCSW . graduated from Widener University’s dual-degree master’s program with a Master’s in Human Sexuality and a Master’s degree in Social Work. In her 9 plus years as an outpatient therapist, she has offered group and individual therapy to clients for general issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief. Working with clients aged 15 and older, Robin has also developed specialties in treating sexual and intimate partner violence, anger management, working with LGBTQ populations, and supporting individuals in navigating relationship stress. She uses feminist and CBT orientations with clients to support them in meeting goals for change
Jay Dickinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, has a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and is a National Certified Counselor. He is also a Fellow of the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America.
Alex is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist who received his B.A. in English Literature from UC Berkeley and MSW in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. With over 16 years of experience working with culturally and socioeconomically diverse populations of adults, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings, including residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings, he specializes in the treatment of trauma and related challenges. Alex also worked as an interventionist providing treatment with the EMDR HAP (Humanitarian Assistance Program) in post-disaster recovery efforts from Hurricane Sandy. His areas of specialization also include the treatment of anxiety and depression , mood disorders , relationship challenges , attentional and behavioral difficulties , performance enhancement , anger and stress management . He provides individual, couples, and family therapies as well as clinical supervision within the scope of his practice.
Morgan Rakay is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist experienced in working with children, families, and adults . In her work, she has addressed a wide range of concerns, including pain and medical trauma, depression and anxiety , PTSD , substance abuse , schizophrenia and psychosis, and childhood disorders such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder . Morgan additionally provides supervision and teaches at Drexel University and Thomas Jefferson University at East Falls.
