Emory University Student Health Services (EUSHS) is open 8:30 - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Web-booking is available for nurse immunization appointments and wellness physicals in advance. Urgent care visits open sixteen hours the day before in a rolling fashion. All other appointments are scheduled by calling 404- 727-7551 (press 1) during office hours.

To complete your Entrance Health History and Consent for Treatment Forms online go to the Student Patient Portal. You will sign in with your standard Emory (OPUS) user ID and password. Office visits to Student Health Services are covered by tuition. Students are charged for prescription medications, in-office labs, supplies, and immunizations. Some of these charges may be submitted by the student to their personal insurance carrier for reimbursement.
All new, transfer and continuing degree-seeking and all international Emory University students (including Oxford College) are required to have health insurance.

If a student on the Atlanta campus becomes symptomatic or has a concern about an exposure, they are instructed to access care through the Student Health Patient Portal and message the “COVID-19 Assessment Provider,” who will arrange testing if necessary.
Send a message to the “COVID Assessment Provider” on your online patient portal and fill out the form to recieve a call back for further directions.
To ensure our campus community stays well and productive we require students to submit specific forms regarding their health. You can find a list of the documents you must review and/or complete and upload on the Oxford Campus Patient Portal.
Students are required to have health insurance. All students are automatically enrolled in the Aetna Emory Student Health Insurance Plan every year. Students do have the option to waive out of the plan by providing documentation that their personal plan meets the minimum criteria set by Emory.

All new undergrad students and transfer students need to be fully compliant with all required immunizations.
All returning undergraduate students and graduate students need to submit immunization records by August 1 st.
If you or your healthcare provider feels that you cannot comply with any of Emory’s immunization requirements (including medical contraindications to specific vaccinations), please submit a letter of explanation signed by both you and your healthcare provider along with your updated immunization records using the Student Patient Portal to upload.
All incoming Emory students must meet the CDC and American College Health Association immunization guidelines prior to registration for classes. However, Emory Student Health Services (EUSHS) is aware that some students have a strong personal objection to vaccination with one or more of the required vaccines.
