Who is Dr John Menter?

Dr. Menter is the chairman of the Division of Dermatology at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health. He is also the Research Center and Program Director of the Dermatology Residency Program at Baylor Dallas. Dr. Menter attended medical school at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.

Born in England and raised in South Africa, Dr. Menter is a graduate of The University of Witwatersrand Medical School in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Menter Dermatology Research Institute (MDRI) was established in 2011. Dr Menter has participated in numerous dermatologic clinical trials over the past 35 years. His research staff has more than 50 years of combined dermatological research experience.

MEET OUR TEAM

The team at MDRI have a wide scope of experience in medicine, dermatology and clinical research. The majority of the staff have served together for many years, and all share the common goal of putting the patient first.

OUR CLINICAL TRIALS

Although we have a significant and long-standing interest in psoriasis research and treatment, we are pleased to be offering clinical studies for a wide range of both rare and common skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, pemphigus, and skin cancers.
