As a result, you will need to activate your MyChart account to access your online health information. No new health information will be added to your existing patient portal after November 8.

Patient Registration is your first stop when coming to the medical center. It is located directly off the main lobby. There you will need to provide your insurance information to the clerk who is checking you in. If you are coming to stay overnight in the hospital, you may also think of this as “Admissions.”
