Medical Records. To improve the continuity and accuracy of patient information, and to best communicate within a collaborative medical team environment, Rutland Regional Medical Center has moved to an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Community Health Needs Assessment. Community Health, together with Rutland Regional Medical Center, conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years. It does not contain information from any visits to your Primary Care physician or other private practices outside of our organization, even if those physicians work with Rutland Regional or come into the hospital to see patients. Please note that information from Psychiatric Services or Behavioral Health visits is excluded, due to strict privacy laws regarding that information.
