How do I schedule an appointment at West Cancer Center?

Log in using your email, password and date of birth. Have questions? We’ve got answers! Where do I log in for CareSpace? You can always access CareSpace by visiting CareSpacePortal.com or by clicking the patient portal button on our West Cancer Center website. Who can see my account? Only you and the people you invite can see your account.

Is West Cancer Center in network for all insurance companies?

Community Initiatives. At West Cancer Center, we consider it our calling – and highest obligation – to serve the community and guide them through this complex system of healthcare. While providing access to care is a daunting challenge, especially in the Mid-south, it is one that we have been committed to since our doors first opened.

How do I refer a patient to West Clinic?

In order to sign up for West Cancer Center’s Patient Portal, we will need to have your email address, date of birth, and zip code entered in your patient chart. Once we have this information, you will receive an email invitation to join the portal. An invitation is required to activate your Patient Portal access.

How to Request an Appointment

Our West Cancer Center team schedules new patients primarily by referral from other physicians. If you would like to schedule an appointment at West Cancer Center, please have your primary care physician or referring specialist submit the Physician Referral form located below.

New Patient Paperwork

Prior to your first visit, please complete the new patient forms ahead of time to ensure a smooth registration process on the day of your appointment. Failure to do so could delay your appointment by as much as one hour.

What to Bring During Your Visit

Please bring all current health insurance identification card, including secondary insurance cards. If your insurance carrier requires a referral, please make sure your physician has sent the required paperwork prior to the day of your appointment.

What to Expect

When you enter our building, first, please check in for your appointment. There are directional signs located inside the front entrance identifying our check in desks. We have designated patient drop off areas located at the front door with wheelchairs available upon request.

New Infusion Patients

This new aspect of someone’s journey through cancer can be overwhelming, especially if patients and families don’t know what to expect. Our West Cancer Center team has put together a short expectation video, shown below, to share detailed information on what to expect for our patients’ infusion treatments.

What is clinical trial?

Clinical trials provide patients the opportunity to receive drugs or therapies years before they’re approved by the FDA. At West Cancer Center, our patients have advanced access to the therapies of tomorrow – today.

How long does it take to get chemo after surgery?

For patients who receive adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery a maximum of 12 weeks of intended chemotherapy may be administered but must be completed before randomization.

What is the myCTCA patient portal?

For many patients, a cancer diagnosis often brings with it a wave of stress and emotions. It also comes with questions, paperwork, appointments, prescriptions and medical bills. At Cancer Treatment Centers of America ® (CTCA), we understand how difficult managing your cancer treatment may be.
