What is the number to call a doctor?

There is always a physician on call after hours, on weekends and on holidays. Please call the main office number (865-546-9751) . The phone is automatically answered by an after-hours attendant. Leave a message for the physician on call.

What is the phone number for a prescription refill?

If by telephone, please call refill line at 865-938-3401. The line is monitored 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Messages may be left 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but will be retrieved only during office hours. Please keep in mind that the physician on call for medical emergencies will not refill prescriptions.
