How long does it take to get a MyChart account?from mychart.stcharleshealthcare.org

We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, it could take up to two days for processing and verification. Once approved you will receive an email or a letter with your activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account. If you have an existing record with St. Charles or a Community Affiliate and your information matches what we have in our system, you will be granted access immediately. Can you transfer medical records to MyChart?from stcharleshealthcare.org

Please note: You may have limited functionality in MyChart until you have had an in- person office or hospital visit. This allows us to complete the transfer of your medical record and re-establish your provider relationship in our system.
