What is the Pepperdine student health center?

The Pepperdine University Student Health Center is committed to providing high-quality, low-cost health care to our diverse community of students. Our primary focus is to keep students healthy by providing preventative care, timely treatment of disease, and making appropriate referrals when necessary.

How do I get more information on my Patient Portal?

For more information on your patient portal, contact us during regular business hours at 830-258-7000 or 830-258-7373 Monday through Friday. First Time Users? Note: You will need to provide the hospital with an email address prior to signing up.

How often should I visit my Patient Portal?

Visit us daily, weekly, or at least monthly, because we are always updating your information as you visit and we plan to add new features as they become available within our system. Instructions for Uploading Proof of Vaccinations

All students accessing any University campus or facility who do not claim a vaccination exemption must upload proof of vaccination by July 31, 2021 to the Pepperdine Student Health Center using the instructions provided below.

Confidentiality

Documentation, including exemption forms and medical records, will be kept confidential. Vaccination status will be shared with University officials who have a legitimate need to know this information. This could include faculty or staff in academic or administrative settings, or for contact tracing purposes, etc.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

With the objective of prioritizing the health and safety of our faculty, staff, and students, while ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence and a transformative student experience, the University requires, beginning the fall 2021 term, all faculty, staff, and students accessing any University campus or facility, who do not claim an exemption, to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine .* Other and more restrictive requirements may apply for Seaver College International Programs, graduate school study abroad programs, and international travelers.

Required Immunizations and Testing

Prior to entering Pepperdine University, all Seaver undergraduate students and Malibu-registered Graziadio Business School students must complete the University's immunization requirement. You will not be cleared by the Student Health Center until the requirements are satisfied.
