What is a patient portal?

A patient portal is an online tool that offers 24 hour access to a secure environment where you can access your personal health information. Once you’ve scheduled an appointment with our office, you’ll be invited via email to create an account in one of our two patient portals.

What's new at JIS orthopedics?

JIS Orthopedics is excited to introduce a new patient portal, in partnership with Medfusion. Whether you’re a new or existing patient, upon scheduling your next appointment with JIS Orthopedics, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the portal.

How many portals does orthopedic one have?

There are currently 2 portals that Orthopedic One uses. Which portal you are invited to, will be dependent on your provider. In some cases, you may be invited to both portals. The functions you use in each portal will be specific to your physician provider.

How do I register for the JIS orthopedics portal?

Whether you’re a new or existing patient, upon scheduling your next appointment with JIS Orthopedics, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the portal. The staff at JIS Orthopedics can help you with the registration process when you check in for your appointment as well.
