PAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTICE TEAM THAT FOCUSES ON HOLISTIC PATIENT CARE

The providers at New York Spine work as a team to give the best care to the patient. Everyone is supportive of each other. If someone needs a little help, another provider is always there to lend a hand or review a case. The offices consider themselves "family" because they work so well with each other and truly enjoy what they do.

Rn Triage nurse

This business provided excellent work atmosphere with great facilities. Uniforms were provided as well as a yearly bonus. Managers as well as attending physicians fostered strong patient care and instilled it in all of their staff. I truly enjoyed working there and wish I never had to leave.

An Excellent Team Whose Primary Focus Is Superior Patient Care

Excellent work environment with a communal feel. Physicians work in conjunction with Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and all office staff well; all are respected. The primary focus is good patient care and a corporate culture that works hard to ensure that employees want to return to their job on a daily basis.

New York Spine and Wellness - unkind, unappreciative administration

Clean, outside of city, easy parking. Consistent work hours Monday-Friday, no weekends. One stop pain management facility - including office visits, spinal procedures, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture.

Not a Diverse Place to work

To many turn overs people never stay. That shows that there is a problem with management. I choose not to. Certain doctors and PAs show favoritism to their patients. Managers always avoid problems with will contact you or im sorry as an excuse we are working on it. Or we are short staffed.

The Practice Manager is mean! She said not friendly at all, no personality. They asked you to travel between the offices at least once a week, or you have to swap between the offices, work one week at one office, another week at another office. They probably have the highest turn over I have ever seen and the pay sucks!

Great

Great Place Great people, Dewitt is the smaller office and the manager make it feel like family. They care about their patients and employees and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable.

High turn over

Lack of communication amongst the offices and management to employees. New surprises daily. Management has "favorite" employees that never do wrong. Poor compliance of Federal Rules.

Disgraceful

I was initially hired as a temp through and agency and after about 2 months I was hired full time. The benefits here are AMAZING! However, with that said everything else is shameful. Pay is low. Management is retaliatory. Nothing that is addressed ever gets resolved.

I would arrive, clock in and prepare my room. Set the table height, apply new sheets, and see that the cabinet was properly stocked with sheets, oils and other necessary equipment.

Very busy, patient scheduling difficulties, benefits lacking, no insurance, no paid days off, and patients pain and sorrow.
