What is therabill’s patient Chart functionality?

Apr 04, 2019 · Log into the application by going to https://app.therabill.com/login/ and entering the username and password. Click on the Filing tab. In the Invoices section, review statement balance. Record the balance due for reference later. Click on the Account tab and select Make Payment. In the pop-up window, enter in credit card and billing details.

What is client portal?

The client portal is an add-on feature that allows you to let your patients log in to Therabill and access information about their account within your clinic. For example, the patient can see previous and upcoming scheduled visits. Furthermore, from the scheduling page in the client portal, the client can send you an indication that they will (confirm) or will not be able to attend (cancel) future visits. This article will explain how the patient can confirm or cancel upcoming therapy visits.

What does "completed" mean in Therabill?

Completed: Indicates that the session was confirmed by you (or your clinic). When you confirm the session within your Therabill account you are indicating that the session took place. This will show as completed in the client portal.

Client Authorizations

This report gives you information about all of the authorizations that have been entered into Therabill (from WebPT or manually entered). You can view the number of sessions/units remaining, the original amount, the start and expiry dates, the authorization number, the patient, the payer, and the active status (Active vs Expired).

Lost Clients

Note: This report is not useful for clinics integrated with WebPT, as sessions/DOS are not created until a Daily Note is finalized within WebPT.

Last Note

Note: This report is not useful for clinics integrated with WebPT, as documentation is not recorded in Therabill.

Last Dates

For each active client in your client list, this report will show you various dates and amounts regarding sessions for the client. The first column will show the client name. The second column shows the first/last session dates and the total amount billed for all sessions the client has had.

Note: This report is not useful for integrated clinics, as future sessions/DOS are not listed in Therabill.
