The Janssen CarePath Provider Portal and Janssen CarePath Patient Account (each, the "Portal"), operated by Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. on behalf of Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc., Janssen Biotech, Inc. and Janssen Products, LP (Janssen) offers comprehensive product access resources and tools for patients and their healthcare providers. These resources are offered to you under the terms and conditions contained within this Portal Legal Terms of Use ("ToU"). The resources available via this Portal are only available to individuals that have registered for and have created an account. The terms and conditions set forth in these ToU may be viewed at any time by clicking on the Legal Terms of Use link at the bottom of any page within the Portal.
