What is the patient portal?

If you are a registered patient at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) and 18 years old or older, you can self-enroll in the myTMH Patient Portal. Enrolling in the Patient Portal is quick and easy. Here are the steps: To enroll, you will need your medical record number (MRN).

What can I do through the mytmh patient portal?

Why the TPCA patient portal?

Through the portal you can: Access your electronic medical information (for example: lab results, allergies, vital signs and other related health information) Keep a personal journal of your health information, such as home blood pressure readings or blood sugar levels. Send secure messages to your provider/healthcare team.

What is the online portal and how does it work?

Accessing the Patient Portal

Tallahassee ENT and Audiology Associates use the NextGen Patient Portal to connect with patients in a convenient and secure environment. You will need an enrollment token from our office to set up your patient portal. Once enrolled you can access the portal by entering the user name and password you chose during enrollment.

Already Enrolled In Patient Portal?

Once you are enrolled, you can log in with your username and password. You will need to answer your login security question. If you forgot your username and password, you will need to reset it using NextGen’s secure password reset feature which you can set up when you create your profile.
