The center is now offering virtual health appointments with the Student Health Provider, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Appointments can be made by logging into the Patient Portal. If you have the university Student Health Insurance Plan, you have access to a 24/7 nurse line and telehealth appointments by calling 800-581-0368 .

Online appointments are available using the patient portal found at uca.edu/studenthealth. If you do not see the reason for your visit on the patient portal, please call our office at 450-3136 so we can determine the best plan for your appointment. Please make note of any instructions you need to follow prior to your visit.
The Student Health Center (SHC) provides primary and preventative care to currently enrolled students who have paid the medical services fee along with their tuition.
If you need a prescription renewal during the time that the center is closed, please log in to the Patient Portal and send a message to your healthcare provider. The provider will be able to send a prescription refill to the pharmacy of your choice.
Mental Health Service - Call 225-578-8774. Mental health support through teletherapy sessions to discuss current concerns, coping strategies to address those concerns, and when appropriate to connect students with other local resources to address their needs. When appropriate, priority visits are available onsite.

The Student Health Center is offering telehealth in all areas and other services onsite, by appointment (In order to ensure proper screening and limit exposure, the Medical Clinic is not accepting walk-ins at this time.)
