What is MyFloyd patient portal?

MyFloyd patient ​portal is a secure website that allows read-only access to your personal health information and interact with Floyd family medicine providers. All Floyd patients are encouraged to join and use the patient portal for ready access to your personal health information.​

If I receive a test result that does not make sense to me, what options will I have for reaching my provider or someone who can help explain it to me, especially if it looks to be a scary diagnosis?

Because we release results to you immediately, you may see results before your healthcare provider has seen them. Some results may be difficult to interpret please allow your provider time to review the result and follow up with you. If you have an immediate concern, please contact your provider​.​

Why does Floyd have four different portals?

Floyd uses different electronic medical records to provide patient care. Depending on where you receive your health care, you may need access to more than one portal. We thank you for your patience as we work diligently to improve our patients’ experience with this technology and have several improvement measures underway.

How do I sign up for MyFloyd Patient Portal?

Primary Care or Urgent Care - Access is provided through an email invitation. To receive an email invitation contact a portal service representative at 706.509.3236 or by email to verify your identity and provide an email address. Once the email is sent you will follow the instructions for create a password and login to your account.

How can I access the portal after I have an account?

After you have created a patient portal account for one of the portals, use the following to access the portal.
