What happens if I have seen a provider at Sih?

• If you have seen a provider at a SIH Medical Group office, an SIH hospital emergency department or during a hospitalization at an SIH hospital, the provider visit note will now be sent to your MyChart.

I want to try SIH_MyChart right now. How do I start? We encourage you to sign up for your MyChart account at your next doctor’s visit. At your visit, you will receive a MyChart instant activation link, via text or email. Click on the link in your email or text to begin activation.

Can I give a family member access to my Patient Portal?

You may choose to give a family member full access or a more limited “billing access” only. Can I use my cell phone to access my Patient Portal? Yes, you can access your Patient Portal from any device with internet access including your cell phone or other mobile device, laptop or desktop computer.

What time does the hospital cafeteria open?

Meals: The Hospital Cafeteria is open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and the Snack Shop is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Vending machines are available 24 hr a day.

What time does the notary open at the hospital?

Notary Public: A notary public is available in the hospital from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. Make your requests through the Business Office at ext. 36141. Special Needs: Please inquire with the nursing staff for interpreters (including sign-language) and telecommunication devices for the hearing impaired.

Is tobacco sold at SIH?

Cigarettes and other tobacco products are not sold at SIH facilities. For the health of you and our patients, SIH and SIH Medical Group campuses are tobacco free.
