If the patient is 18 years or older they must request their own personal Patient Portal access account. Once your child turns 18 years of age you can no longer view their portal information through your Parental Portal.

Once you’ve signed in to The Portal, click on the Settings tab (upper right hand corner). Click on box for New Password. Type the password you want in both boxes, then click the Submi t button at the bottom, and your password will be changed.
