These auxiliary aids and services will also be afforded to a patient’s representative who has primary responsibility for communicating with Christ Medical Center staff about the patient’s treatment and care. All of these additional services will be provided at no cost to the patient. Patients and visitors who need a sign-language/ language interpreter can request these services through a nurse or other members of the patient care team.
