Our myWakeHealth patient portal is a free, simple and secure way to help you better access the information you need to manage your care.
You can join now! Use your enrollment email or sign up online. If you already have a myWakeHealth account, you do not need to re-enroll.
Yes, but the ability to message will not be active immediately when you join myWakeHealth even though you have an existing relationship with a former High Point Regional Health or UNC Regional Physician provider. When you first join, the portal considers you a new Wake Forest Baptist Health patient, so messaging will activate with each doctor two days before the first appointment you have scheduled with that doctor after September 1, 2018. After that, you can message your doctor as usual for up to a year after your visit.
This feature must be viewed on a computer. It is currently not available on the MyChart mobile platform. To view notes, go to your After Visit Summaries and click on the Notes tab. Doctor's notes typically appear within a week of your appointment.
Yes, in certain instances. To protect the privacy of a patient's health information, access to another person's record must be authorized through what is called proxy access. Parents/legal guardians who have received proxy access authorization have full access to records of children under age 12 and limited proxy access for ages 12 to 17. Find more information about this and proxy forms .
Proxy access is available for parents/guardians of minor patients. Please ask a member of your child's health care team for assistance.
Yes. Once you create a myWakeHealth account, you can pay bills online through the portal for any appointments you have after September 1, 2018. Simply click Billing>Billing Account Summary.
The first and most important page is the myWakeHealth login page. On this page, you’ll see all the features of myWakeHealth, such as communication with your doctor, request prescription renewals, access your test results, and manage your appointments.
Wake Forest Baptist Health is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It is the largest employer of Forsyth County, and it consists of two main components: the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and the Wake Forest School of Medicine.
The service provided through the patient portal is secure and fast. Anyone can access the portal for free as long as they have an account.
The patient portal for myWakeHealth is free to use by anyone. For current users, simply log in using an existing account. And if you need an account, you can create one online or by mail. You will need an activation code, which you can get on your first visit.
Wake Forest Baptist offers its patients a free online patient portal that allows them to log in and use its features freely. The patient portal is very convenient and secure, and I recommend everyone use it.
