To use the Patient Portal, you must obtain a username and password. This will be assigned to you during your clinic visit. You must have a permanent email address that you check consistently. You may submit a request to change your password at any time by clicking on the option "change/reset password" on the logon page.
A: Once you have logged into the patient portal, simply select the "Appointments" tab and follow the instructions on the screen. Appointment requests are generally handled the same business day so there is no need to call our office. You will receive a notification via the portal and/or a phone call once your appointment has been scheduled.
Patient portal communication is intended only for the patient that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID. You are responsible for the security of your password (s) and for authorizing, monitoring and controlling any access and use of your account and password (s).
