Can I register for the patient portal over the phone?

For security reasons, you must register for the patient portal yourself; we cannot do it for you over the phone. Once you register for the portal, please check your account for messages from us, as we will send any non-urgent messages to you online.

Why can't I see my lab results on the portal?

If you have lab work done by another lab or another doctor, it will NOT be available on the portal. Finally, you might simply be looking in the wrong place. Once you are logged in, click on "Lab/Diagnostic Reports" under the heading "Review" at the bottom left of the screen.
