What can you access on the patient portal?

We encourage our patients to enroll in the patient portal. You can access information about your visit, as well as allergies, medications, treatments and procedures.

How to enroll in mycaredot?

To enroll in mycareDOT™, you must first be an established patient of Capital Healthcare Associates. You will need to provide our office with your name, email address, date of birth, and address. We will then send you an email inviting you to join the portal.

Our Convenient Hours of Operation

For your convenience our office is open from 7:30a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30a.m.-12 p.m. on Friday. Our Saturday walk in clinic is open from 8:00am-12:00pm.

Refills & Prescription Information

Please bring your medication bottles or take a picture with your phone when coming in to see the doctor. Many times prescriptions are less expensive, if you private pay. You might ask your pharmacist next time you get a prescription. Per clinic policy, we will not fill narcotics on the weekends.
